The weather in Vancouver has been so nice lately. It feels like summer is just around the corner, and I've definitely enjoyed not having to wear a jacket or a blazer anymore to work.  Yesterday the temperatures dropped down a bit, so I decided to wear a warm maroon sweater and pair it with a classic A-line skirt. I hated maroon when I was younger but now the colour is starting to really grow on me. There is something so warm and inviting about maroon. While I usually reserve this colour for colder months, it looked so lovely paired with a navy skirt so I just couldn't resist. This entire look turned out retro and so reminiscent of the 1950s... a decade I absolutely love... It was the perfect outfit for an afternoon stroll in Londsdale Quay.

Love,

Looking very pretty Ana. I love the navy skirt and top, I think the pearls really help in giving this outfit more of a retro feel.
